Manny Teixeira

Manuel Teixeira has served as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since August 2010. From 2007 to 2010 he was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Financira Services Inc., a consumer debt settlement company. As the Chairman and Chief Executive, Mr. Teixeira leads the board and guides the company. Mr. Teixeira brings a deep background in technology growth companies, mergers and acquisitions, and capital market activities.

Sean Lee

Mr. Lee's extensive retail and consumer goods background includes serving as CEO of Home Base, a multi-billion dollar national home improvement retailer. Sean also was the President of WR Grace’s Home Center Division that involved six separate companies operating retail center concepts selling home improvement products. Mr. Lee also was employed by Montgomery Ward as the East Coast Merchandising Manager. Through these experiences Mr. Lee has developed numerous relationships within the Home Improvement Sector as well as an intimate knowledge of consumer behavior. Mr. Lee graduated from Hood College with a B.S. in Economics. Mr. Lee is currently the founder and the sole owner of ImproveSmart, Inc. an online wholesale supplier to remodelers and contractors.

Tom is an experienced sales and sales management professional having spent nearly 30 years in financial services, twenty five years of which has been within the retirement industry. His experience spans sales, sales management, direct and intermediary sales. He has built a solid track record of success in the area of complex retirement plans as well as institutional investment strategies. He is driven and focused on achieving corporate objectives. He possesses significant experience in developing strategic plans and the implementation of those plans. Tom has a solid track record of leading high performing sales teams providing, strategy, negotiation skills, mentoring, sales training and development. Tom is a strong leader who works closely with a sales team striving to directly support their efforts in selling, acting as an internal advocate and providing clear communication and strategic direction.
